The lion knit sweater from SNAZZY CLOTHING has a roaring lion's head in sand-cream on black, filling the whole chest, knitted into the fabric as jacquard instead of printed. A savannah landscape of tall grass, horizon bands and paint splatters runs across the back. The sweater is cut unisex, has a relaxed fit and is made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester, the knit weighs 450 g/m². It comes in sizes 3XS to 3XL – designed in Nuremberg, made to order.
Design & Style
The lion knit sweater has a roaring lion's head with a full mane on the front, filling the whole chest. First you see the mane, then the eyes. The creases above the nose stand out, the mouth is open, the fangs are bared, the whiskers sweep far out to the sides. All of it in sand-cream on black, knitted into the fabric stitch by stitch instead of printed – the jacquard gives the fur an edge no print can match. Blades of grass, paint splatters and drips run into the picture along the bottom and the sides, and the sleeves continue the same pattern.
The back is the matching savannah: tall grass in the middle, staggered horizon bands above it up to the shoulders, splatters and drips running down in between across the whole surface. The Snazzy lettering sits top centre in a handwritten script. The sweater from SNAZZY CLOTHING is made of 55% cotton and 45% polyester, the knit weighs 450 g/m², and because the pattern is knitted into the fabric, it can't peel off. It's a statement piece for cold days: over a T-shirt in autumn, solo in the evening, under a jacket in winter, with plain trousers and sneakers.
