Design & Style
The crocodile knit sweater puts you face to face with the animal. The crocodile's head fills the whole front, from the shoulders down to the hem; the gaping jaws run from the chest down, with long, pointed teeth in both rows. The eyes are set narrow above the snout. All around, swamp and jungle vegetation runs wild, palms reach right up into the shoulders. It's all worked in two colours: olive green on black, no third tone.
On the back the landscape carries on – rows of palms in the background, horizontal lines of water in the foreground, tufts of reeds along the bank. Up between the shoulders sits the Snazzy lettering in a handwritten script. The sleeves continue the same jungle and palm pattern, and the ribbing at the collar, hem and cuffs stays black. The motif is knitted into the fabric as jacquard, not printed: it sits in the stitch structure, so it can't peel off. The Crocodile Knitted Crewneck Sweater is an autumn and winter piece for anyone who prefers a big motif to a small chest logo; wear it over a T-shirt or a longsleeve.
