Are customer reviews displayed in this shop?
In our online shop, we currently publish no consumer reviews of our products. The review function is disabled; no star ratings or reviews of items are displayed.
How do we ensure authenticity if we publish reviews?
Should we publish reviews in the future, we will inform you here about our procedure in accordance with Section 5b(3) UWG. The following will then apply:
- A review can only be submitted by someone who has verifiably ordered the item in question from our shop. This is verified technically via the customer account or the order concerned.
- Reviews are labeled as “Verified purchase”.
- We publish all reviews regardless of whether they are positive or negative. Reviews are not solicited in exchange for payment, discounts, vouchers or any other consideration.
- We remove reviews only if they contain unlawful, offensive or obviously untrue content, do not relate to the product being reviewed, or disclose personal data of third parties. Reviews are not deleted solely because they are negative.
- We do not alter the content of reviews and do not adjust their order in favor of better reviews.
Reviews on third-party platforms
Reviews published on external platforms and social networks do not originate from us. The respective provider is responsible for verifying them.
